Hollywood actress Jennifer Aniston is taking some time off work to get over her “agoraphobia” caused by the pandemic. According to the FRIENDS star, she plans to clear her schedule for the rest of June and July to spend time for herself.
Jennifer Aniston is Taking a Break from Work
After decades of activity in Hollywood since she became Rachel Green in the 1990s sitcom FRIENDS, Aniston believes that she deserves to step out of the spotlight for a while. The 54-year-old actress intends to relax for a couple months to counter her being “very insular.”
“In our business, you have to demand the time off or carve it out because there’s always something that’s going to pop up. So I think after next week I’m going to take June and July off,” she said.
Taking a break is not something that Aniston has been fond of doing before, but she’s “going to do it” now. As said by the Murder Mystery star, she refuses to fall into agoraphobia as a consequence of the pandemic.
“It’s time to get over that; it’s very easy to fall into agoraphobia after this pandemic. And I refuse to let that happen,” she said.
She Teases Upcoming Season of The Morning Show
Since 2019, Aniston has been portraying the role of TV host Alex Levy on comedy-drama The Morning Show. Giving fans a glimpse of what’s to come, she teases that season three is something worth squeezing.
“It’s a good, juicy one. Everybody’s getting in trouble. Everybody has a secret. And everyone’s just walking the line. It’s a lot more sensual this year,” she said.
Also, the acting star talked about her road to wellness as well as her partnership with fitness brand Pvolve. In a press release, the company stated that Aniston started her fitness journey with them in 2021 after nursing a back injury.
“She ordered the equipment and started streaming the workouts at home and ‘fell in love with the program’,” the press release reads.
Aniston recently revealed that she has completely abolished her 45-minute cardio workouts, claiming that it burned out and broke her body. With Pvolve as a partner, she says that she now doesn’t feel “insane fatigue.”
