Gleb Savchenko Denies Jana Kramer Affair Rumor
Due to a rumor, Dancing With the Stars professional Gleb Savchenko got candid about his relationship with his former partner Jana Kramer. On June 5, he denied the rumor entirely, stating that nothing ever happened between them.
“Have we ever had anything? Absolutely not. Absolutely no,” he said. “Whatever she might have said to her boyfriend, maybe she tried to make him jealous, you could ask her the same question, she’d probably answer the same thing.”
Savchenko went on to note that it’s natural to have a “connection” while dancing. He explained that it’s his job as a professional dancer to lean into the chemistry in order to stay in the competition. This game tactic not unheard of for the Dancing With the Stars partners.
This rumor began because Kramer’s 2020 book “The Good Fight: Wanting to Leave, Choosing to Stay, and the Powerful Practice for Loving Faithfully,” admitted that she had “flirts and flings” during the Dancing With the Stars competition. Kramer did not list names in the book.
Kramer’s ex-boyfriend, Ian Schinelli sparked affair rumors when he revealed that one of the flings was with her partner, Savchenko. The former Navy Seal also claims that he left Kramer because she was toxic and manipulative.
“Jana has admitted to me that she slept with two guys while Mike was in rehab. She slept with Gleb,” Schinelli said. “She justified it saying, ‘We were legally separated.’”
On May 29, US Weekly shared that the fling was confirmed by multiple sources. During the confirmation, Schinelli admitted that Kramer tried to meet up with Savchenko during their relationship.
Gleb Savchenko, Jana Kramer’s Journey on Dancing With the Stars
Savchenko and Kramer appeared as partners in 2016. They made waves in the ballroom with their undeniable chemistry. They competed for 11 weeks before facing elimination in the finals. Kramer’s time on the series was highlighted within the book because it was around this time that she divorced from Caussin. In the end, Savchenko and Kramer finished in fourth place.
Even though the partners reportedly had one verbal fight during rehearsals, Kramer has admitted that she would return to an all stars season. Dancing With the Stars returns for its 31st season this fall on Disney +.
