Meghan Trainor is ready to spread love this Valentine’s day with new cover art for her 2019 EP The Love Train. The singer revealed the image on her Instagram. The Love Train was released by Epic Records and described as a predecessor to her third studio album, Treat Myself.
“Valentine’s Day is almost here, peep my new cover art for The Love Train EP just for you #TheLoveTrain,” Trainor posted on her Instagram.
The singer is starting the Valentine’s day celebration while wearing a sheer pink top and glittery makeup. It is not unusual for singers to put their older material back into the spotlight. Mariah Carey does this with her famous Christmas album and songs. Perhaps Trainor is establishing herself as the queen of Valentine’s day.
“All The Ways,” was the first single released from The Love Train EP. Trainor found mild success with her second EP as the love project entered the Top 10 on the US Digital Albums chart. The EP was inspired by Trainor’s new marriage. The singer married Spy Kids actor Daryl Sabara.
The couple married in 2018 with an intimate wedding on Trainor’s 25th birthday. The married pair are on record for being one of the most romantic couples in Hollywood. They even installed two bathroom toilets next to each other to commemorate their affection.
Meghan Trainor’s New Music
The “All About That Bass” singer released her third studio album Treat Myself in January of 2020. Although the album did not reach the same critical as well as commercial success as her previous projects, Trainor’s comeback was still a triumph. The singer underwent two vocal surgeries, which left her unable to even speak for several months in 2017.
The Clash of The Cover Bands judge also released A Very Trainor Christmas in 2020. The new mom has been laying low and taking time to raise her 1 year old son Riley. Trainor is also becoming an internet sensation thanks to TikTok. The Grammy award winner began trending on the popular social media app. TikTokers love for Trainor’s “Title” single led the push for her label to finally release the video, six years after the album dropped.
Trainor took to TikTok to participate in the dance craze for “Title” and thanked her fans for the love. Megatronz, Trainor’s fan club, can also listen to her Workin’ On It podcast.
