Alyssa Witrado Covers Billie Eilish’s “No Time To Die”
The Team Gwen singer seemingly targets to cover Eilish’s entire discography this year. On Instagram, Witrado shines in a black and white video where she sings the indie pop singer’s “No Time To Die.” She also shared one interesting fact about the said single.
“I love this song so so much and i really really REALLY wanted to be able to sing it while i was on the show but unfortunately i wasn’t able to but it’s okay cause here you go lol,” she wrote.
While Witrado’s ultimate pop icon is her The Voice coach Gwen Stefani, it’s no secret though that she adores Eilish as much. Throughout her run in the NBC competition series, she was able to sing two of the artist’s singles. The first was “Happier Than Ever” with fellow contestant Ian Harrison during the Knockouts. Lastly, she performed “Ocean Eyes” for the Instant Save during Live Eliminations. After the show, she shared another rendition of Eilish’s music, “TV.”
She Subtly Teases Studio Version of “Don’t Speak” by No Doubt
Currently, her “No Time To Die” cover is receiving praises from her followers. According to one user, she must keep recording the experimental musician’s songs because Witrado’s voice fits her songs.
In the same Instagram post, Witrado vowed to upload more song covers in the future. She also slightly teased her fans about a “Don’t Speak” studio version.
“I promise i have more on the way soon 😉 (don’t speak studio version???),” she wrote.
The Voice alum hasn’t announced anything certain about her next musical release. Be that as it may, fans are surely loving Witrado’s published covers.
