‘X Factor USA’: Shocking Reason Why It Was Cancelled So Early

In 2011, it was announced that X Factor would make it’s US debut on ‘FOX’. After 3 consecutive years of talent including the creation superstar girl band ‘Fifth Harmony’, Simon Cowell still pulled the plug on the show and here’s why.
Why X Factor was cancelled so early
Simon Cowell is a man known for taking chances and the US version of ‘X Factor’ wasn’t going to be the exception. Even though the show managed to create superstar girl band ‘Fifth Harmony‘ among many others, Simon felt he could no longer juggle so many shows and with that, the show came to a sad end. He claimed that the show was never cancelled and that he was just ‘too tired’ to continue.
From then on, the US didn’t see much of Cowell as he began to focus on the UK versions of his shows, ‘X Factor UK‘ and ‘Britain’s Got Talent‘. It’s a shame that the show was cancelled after only 3 seasons but the possibility of it’s return isn’t ruled out, as per Simon, when the competitive nature of rival USA talent shows is less of a threat. We can only presume that he’s talking about… that show with spinning chairs?
Ahem ahem, ‘The Voice‘ perhaps?
Simon returned to the USA for AGT
The time had finally come where Simon confirmed his return to US television, replacing Howard on ‘America’s Got Talent’ and he’s been on the show ever since. Simon seems to be creating quite the impression in the States since he’s been back and what an addition he is to the lineup! AGT is better than ever in terms of groundbreaking talent and he sure doesn’t want to miss out.

Here are all the shows Simon has ever featured as a judge on (there’s a lot!)
