‘The X Factor UK’ Returns On Saturday With More Audition Fun
It’s the second week of The X Factor UK‘s new season and it was pretty amazing. We’re starting to see some real talent stand out, but it’s too early in the competition to really know. So, let’s get to it, shall we?
This beautiful blond singer comes works in a flower shop by day and is an awesome singer by night. The four judges stood up and clapped for her, a rare thing. Louis said he could hear the nerves in her voice but that she did well any way. She got through.
Aaliyah and Acacia
So, Aaliyah clearly has talent. But she’s an example of poor song choice. She did Sail by AWOLNATION and Simon stops her and tells her to pick another song. Then the judges put her together with a girl named Acacia who is a mediocre rapper. Simon feels that they could be better as a group and they get through.
Owen Matthews group up on Robbie’s legendary boy band Take That and it shows. He’s got some wacky moves and is definitely a unique act. I don’t know how far he’ll get but he got 4 yeses.
The story they are going to milk is the fact that he is a trans man. But the more important factor us that this dude can sing. He did All I Want by Kodaline and knocked the judge’s socks off. 4 yeses.
Ok, this one was bizzare. He is a choreographer and “songwriter” but it’s…just not good. He skips around the stage and the audience turns on him. He did not make it through.
The Filipino powerhouse singers are back with Maria. She was maybe the best singer of the night and is like the second coming of Alisah Banobra but better. 4 yeses.
