Resurfaced Video Fuels Will & Jada Smith Open Marriage Allegations And Affair With August Alsina

They always share intimate details about their marriage on Jada’s Facebook show Red Table Talk. Their marriage has definitely been under a microscope lately after singer August Alsina spoke out about his alleged affair with Jada that Will gave his blessing for. So what exactly is the truth?
Jada Pinkett-Smith and August Alsina Have History
This whole drama started when August did an interview with Angela Yee where he spilled the beans about the alleged affair with Jada. “I actually sat down with Will and had a conversation…he gave me his blessing,” he said. “And I totally gave myself to that relationship for years of my life, and I truly and really, really, deeply loved and have a ton of love for [Jada]. I devoted myself to it. I gave my full self to it. So much so that I can die right now, and be OK knowing that I fully gave myself to somebody. … Some people never get that in this lifetime.”

This caused an absolute frenzy on the internet with people wondering if Will and Jada actually did have an open marriage. Jada and August actually do know each other and have been friends since 2015. She even spoke about him on a 2018 episode of Red Table Talk where she talked about him becoming a member of her inner circle.
Will And Jada’s Reps Denied The Claims
According to August, their relationship was a lot more than just friends and the pair actually had a romantic and sexual relationship beyond what was known to the public. Since August made the claims, reps for both Will and Jada have spoken out to deny them. Representatives for Jada told TMZ that the claims of the affair are “absolutely not true.” Reps for Will said the reports were “wrong.” But this actually isn’t the first time that the two have been at the center of rumors of an affair. In 2019, the same scenario presented itself and fans were speculating whether or not Jada had a deeper connection with August, but she has denied it time and time again.
Do Will And Jada Have An Open Marriage?
Though the Smith’s have been pretty open about their trials and tribulations of their relationship in the past, people got to wondering if they really do have an open relationship. During an episode of Red Table Talk, Jada admitted there have been times where they considered divorce but decided to start anew with their marriage. And in another video from the show that has been making its way around the internet, Jada added more fuel to the rumors with her comments.

“If you marry me, know this, we’re going to be together. We’re going to be under the same roof,” she said. “You might be on one end of that joker with somebody else but we’re gonna be in this joker together.” After saying this, Will busted out into laughter. But it really does make people question if Jada Pinkett-Smith did have other partners in the house with Will Smith’s permission.
