Zayn Releases Bollywood Song Cover
“Allah Duhai Hai” is a Hindi/Urdu phrase that roughly translates to “Allah is God.” This isn’t the first time Zayn has performed a cover of a song in Hindi. According to Indian Express, he removed his cover of the song “Teri Deewani” due to trolling.
But that didn’t stop Zayn from trying again. “For the fans,” he wrote to accompany the 2018 cover on Twitter. This, time a lot of fans seemed impressed by the cover. However, some thought his Hindi could use some work.
Zayn has previously shared his love for Bollywood. In an interview with Elle India, the singer said, “Before I can even remember… [Bollywood films were] on the TV. Bollywood is so impeccable. If you ever get a chance to watch a good Bollywood movie, watch Devdas!”
What Has Zayn Said About His Heritage?
Zayn Malik’s father is British-Pakistani, and his mother is English and Irish. She converted to Islam when they got married. Although he was raised Muslim, Zayn doesn’t identify with Islam anymore.

“With my mum and dad, they were always there to educate us – I did go to mosque, I did study Islam – but they gave us the option so you could choose for yourself,” he added of his parents’ acceptance.
