WATCH Tekashi 69 Call Meek Mill & Future ‘Rats’ In Rant Following Nicki Minaj Collaboration
Instagram Since being released from prison Tekashi 69 has wasted no time stirring up drama in the rap industry. He was labeled as a snitch and a rat after he specifically referenced other gang members by name in his testimony. He even alleged that they were a part of violent acts including assault and kidnapping. But, he wants to make it clear that he is not the only rat in the rap community and claimed to have some receipts to prove it on Instagram Live.
You would think that this Instagram Live session would be to talk about the release of his new “TROLLZ” music video with Nick Minaj, but it was quite the opposite.
Tekashi 69 Called Out Meek Mill For Being Friends With An Informant
Tekashi immediately said that he wanted to show that the rap game is full of “liars” and “rats.” He then proceeded to show Google search results of Roc Nation CEO Desiree Perez. The rapper read out loud about how Perez once struck a deal with the feds after a cocaine arrest to become an informant and bust major drug deals in Puerto Rico and Colombia. The point he was trying to make is that there are several times where Meek was seen in public with Perez which has a deeper meaning. He said, “Meek Mill, you can’t pick and choose who you want to call rats.” This implies that he thinks Meek is a rat for hanging out with someone who was involved with the DEA.

This refers to a Twitter beef that the pair had where Meek called Tekashi a “rat” and told him to apologize to all the people that he hurt with his testimony. “Ever since Nicki left you, you are a nobody. Did you forget who you was?” Tekashi continued. Nicki and Meek were previously engaged before their very public breakup and feud in 2016.
Several Other Rappers Also Came Under Fire During This Instagram Rant
Nobody was safe during Tekashi’s Instagram Live session. Certainly not rapper Future who previously posted on his Instagram story “I believe if u hang with a snitch u a snitch and deserve to die.” Tekashi, who has embraced the role of being a snitch, directed his next few statements at Future. “If chilling with a rat makes you a rat… you’re a f*cking rat.” And to top it all off, he wasn’t done throwing shade at other rappers. He made some comments directed towards Snoop Dogg after Snoop made a video addressing Tekashi as “rat boy” back in May.
Tekashi said that while he was in prison, Snoop and Meek did nothing but talk about him and this is his opportunity to finally respond. Snoop has already warned Tekashi to leave him alone so he may have just bitten off more than he could chew and ignited a whole new feud.
