Is The ‘Masked Dancer’ Fall Real Or A Stunt Double?

At one point in the trailer for The Masked Dancer, the video makes it clear that there are “zero stunt doubles” being used for the performances. This is highlighted by a shot of the Cotton Candy falling from a raised hoop while doing an aerial trick.

The judges stand up in shock while someone offscreen can be heard saying, “Medic! Can we get a medic? She’s on the ground.” The Cotton Candy lies face-down on the stage while people run over to her.

Of course, we don’t know yet who is under that costume, although we hope she’s okay. This just goes to show how much more dangerous The Masked Dancer can be, compared to its singing counterpart.
