WATCH Brad Pitt CRY As He Gifts His Friend A Home Makeover & Gets His Hands Dirty In Construction
YouTube Brad Pitt is getting emotional on a new HGTV show featuring the Property Brothers. The movie star did something special for a friend of his, and the reveal apparently led to some tears.
The show is called Celebrity IOU, and features some of Hollywood’s biggest stars surprising important people in their lives with home makeovers. Brad Pitt appears in the premiere episode, last night at 9 pm.
Brad Pitt Cries Over Home Makeover Reveal
Hosts Drew and Jonathan Scott told People magazine about the show. In the premiere episode, they help Brad Pitt surprise his longtime friend and makeup artist Jean Black with a renovated guesthouse.

Brad has said Jean is like family to him. Considering Jean had to apply makeup to Brad’s butt on the set of Legends of the Fall, it’s easy to understand how they became so close. He told the New York Post that they’re like “brother and sister,” adding, “She’s been that person I value so much in my life.”
Brad apparently got teary-eyed during the final reveal. And the hosts say viewers will, too! “You’re going to cry more with this series than you’ve ever cried before,” Jonathan told People. “But you’re also going to laugh!”
Who Else Is On ‘Celebrity IOU’ This Season?
Brad Pitt isn’t the only famous name appearing on Celebrity IOU this season. The show will also feature makeovers from Michael Bublé, Viola Davis, Melissa McCarthy, Jeremy Renner, and Rebel Wilson.
And the celebrities do a lot more than just request the makeovers — they also get their hands dirty. The above preview shows stars helping out with the renovations, pulling up carpet and using tools.

“I love that we’re giving people a chance to see these big, big celebrities in a way that they’ve never been seen before,” Drew told People. “It’s seeing the emotional side of them, being with people who they’ve connected with in their life. A lot of the time, you only get to see them as artists singing or acting in a show, but you never get to see them in real life and how they are and how they interact.”
