Perfect Pitch Creation Choir Performed A Fun Disney Medley On ‘BGT’
Perfect Pitch Creation Choir began singing “I Wanna Be Like You” from the Disney classic film The Jungle Book on ‘BGT.’ It was a mix of fun and sheer cuteness as they all belted their hearts out. They transitioned into singing “The Bare Necessities,” which was a real crowd-pleaser. “Oh that was so charming,” David Walliams said after singing along to the entire performance. “It’s kids singing the music that they love.”
“You are a bunch of gorgeous children and I could tell that you really enjoy what you’re doing,” Amanda Holden said. “I like the idea of this choir, I think it’s fun,” Simon Cowell said. “Going forward there is a step up still you can go to. I’ve now watched The Jungle Book over a million times with Eric.” They were voted through to the Semi-Finals where they took on another Disney song, “Friend Like Me” from Aladdin.”
“The song choice was brilliant, it was so much fun and you’re all so passionate about what you’re doing and I would love to see a choir do well on the show,” Alesha Dixon said about the performance. Though Perfect Pitch Creation Choir was a fan-favorite in the competition, they did not advance to the Finals. However, they made all of the Disney lovers happy with their song choices and performances.

Where Are They Now?
Members of Perfect Pitch Creation Choir are students at Tilly Studios which also offers singing and dance classes. They have all gone on to continue performing in local shows put on by the studio along with several dance performances. More recently, they released a charity single for Make-A-Wish UK called “One.” The charities funds were heavily affected by the coronavirus pandemic, so the choir gave back and donated 100% of the proceedings they made from the song.
On the choir Instagram account, each member of the choir is often featured in videos or clips singing or dancing. They recently did a cover of “Walking On Sunshine” that will totally brighten your day as it includes clips of each of the members doing fun things to keep busy amid the pandemic.
We think it’s definitely time for a choir to win ‘BGT’ and we hope to see it happen next season.
