AGT: The Champions Season 2 continued on Monday night, as 12 acts competed in the semifinals and only 6 made it to the finals along with the 4 Golden Buzzers from past weeks. The contestants were challenged to step things up from their preliminary performances and while we say some great performances, Twitter had a field trip over who the superfans deemed worthy of progressing to the next round.

This young violinist and cancer survivor was a finalist on AGT last year. The superfans voted him through in the preliminaries and last night he stole our heart as he performed an emotional rendition of “What a Wonderful World,” accompanied by a vocalist.
This former AGT accordion player earned is a controversial pick but love him or hate him, he is going to be there in the finale and superfans do love him.
Their performance last night to “The Greatest Show” involved a dangerous roller skating routine. Alesha said she “didn’t want it to end,” and we all agreed.
This 11-year-old dog trainer from Germany’s Got Talent had her dogs dancing and jumping over each other. Howie and Simon called it the best dog act they’ve ever seen and well, that means she has a pretty good chance of winning AGT: Champions, don’t you think?
Sandou Trio Russian Bar
This former AGT act earned redemption from the superfans last week. Last night they stepped up the danger by performing with fire. Can’t wait to see what they will do in the finale.
This Filipino singer wowed the superfans with his ability to duet with himself in both male and female voices. Last night performed “Time to Say Goodbye,” and earned a standing ovation from the judges. Howie said he has the “best shot” to win the competition. Heidi said he’s her favorite contestant. Can he win AGT: Champions season 2?
Howie was excited to see this shadow dance group back on the show, saying he measures every similar act against them since they appeared on Season 6, which is saying a lot. The group came in second place then, and now they’re back to win it all. Earlier they performed an emotional story about the bond between a dog and human. Simon said it’s “why we have made this show.” Alesha loved it so much, she hit the Golden Buzzer. We are pumped to see what they will do on the finale.
Fan favorite and last year’s breakout stars, V Unbeatable from India are back. They are Howie Mnadel’s Golden Buzzer and fans have deemed them front-runners this year. Can they win it all?
Simon Cowell stole Howie’s Golden Buzzer for this act and none of us were happy or impressed. Do you think they can win AGT: Champions?
Angelina is Heidi’s Golden Buzzer and was the first contestant on the show to get a buzzer. Her voice speaks for itself and we think she has a bright future ahead of her, whether she wins or not. But you never know, she might just win it.
