‘The Voice’ Instant Save Results
Hello Sunday, Kat Hammock, and Rose Short were announced as the three artists eligible for the Instant Save. That meant Will Breman and Marybeth Byrd from Team Legend were automatically eliminated.
Hello Sunday (Team Kelly)
The duo performed Sia’s “Chandelier” for their last chance to get to the finals. Kelly shared her amazement that they’re only 14 years old. “I am so blessed this season,” she said.
Kat Hammock (Team Blake)
Kat sang “You’ve Got a Friend” by James Taylor for her Instant Save performance. Blake told her that she has “a record to make” even if she doesn’t make it to the finals, adding that her journey with him hasn’t ended.
Rose Short (Team Gwen)
Rose performed Aretha Franklin’s “(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman” for her last chance to make it through to the finals. Gwen called it “ridiculous,” in a good way. She said Rose is “the most talented human being I’ve ever been around.”
Viewers had five minutes to vote for which of the three Instant Save artists they wanted to keep in the competition. Ultimately, America voted to keep Rose Short in the competition. Carson said this is the first time in seven seasons that all four coaches have had artists in the finale.
