‘The Voice’ Knockout Rounds Continue With More Awesome
The knockout rounds started up again Monday night with lots more sensational performances, more coach shenanigans, and some very sad farewells. There were also some surprising steals. This season really has some of the best singers in the history of The Voice. Like, for serious.
Stephan Marcellus vs. Brooke Simpson
Stephan is great and he did a fantastic job. But…Brooke Simpson is a hurricane. She dominated the stage. It didn’t hurt that she sang Natural Woman by Aretha Franklin and that is hard to beat. So, Stephan was sent home.
Mitchell Lee vs. Anna Catherine DeHart
I had kinda forgotten about both of these two singers but I won’t now. She appeared nervous so Mitchell won out even though he’s a bit cheesy.
Noah Mac vs. Jeremiah Miller
Jeremiah is a solid singer but Noah Mac really stepped up his game with this performance. You could feel the coaches’ minds being blown. So, he naturally won.
Keisha Renee vs. Katherine Feigh
Keisha singing Alisha Keys made Katherine wilt a bit. It’s too bad because Katherine is a good singer. Keisha won easily though.
Moriah Formica vs. Whitney Fenimore
Again, Whitney is a solid singer but Moriah is just too much. She’s a rocker chick extraordinaire and that really resonates with Miley. Whitney was sent home.
Emily Luther vs. Adam Pearce
This one kind of surprised me. Adam has been a favorite from the start with his rocker antics but Emily won Adam Levine’s heart. Luckily, Adam Pearce was stolen by team Miley.
