‘The Voice’ Battle Rounds End On A High Note

NBC

Last night was the last battle rounds of this season. The coaches decided who is going to move on to the knockout rounds. The show definitely wanted to end with a bang with some truly spectacular performances. But who made it through and who went home to cry to their respective mamas?

Adam Cunningham vs. Natalie Stovall

This is one of the most exciting country performances I’ve seen in a while. Team Blake was definitely in the house. They sang Little Big Town’s Boondocks. Blake chose Adam, which was totally the right choice.

Ashland Craft vs. Megan Rose

I felt like I was back in Texas with this powerful female country performance. They sang Waylon Jennings’ Good Hearted Woman, which made my heart happy. Miley chose Ashland which is, again, the right decision. Megan was stolen by Blake, because he has to have all the country artists in his clutches.

Eric Lyn vs. Ignatious Carmouche

Eric and Ignatious sang in the genre known as “baby making music” for team Jennifer. Both have sultry, sexy voices. Both are going to be big hits with the ladies. But Jennifer had to choose and she picked Eric.
