The Second Night Of ‘The Voice’ Battles Rocked

The second night of The Voice battles was a sonorous delight to the ears. That means it was perty to listen to. There is some fantastic talent this season. While not as many acts competed, obviously, as Tuesday, I really liked this episode. It was epic.
Davon Fleming vs. Maharasyi
They sang Whitney Houston’s I’m Your Baby Tonight, no easy feat for anyone much less a dude. But there can be only one and Jennifer had to pick and chose Davon. Which is totally the right decision.
Brandon Showell vs. Hannah Mrozak
These two took on Major Lazer Ft. Justin Bieber and MØ’s Cold Water, which was perfect for their voices. Adam worked with them and liked them both but he chose Hannah.
Mitchell Lee vs. Dennis Drummond
Mitchell and Dennis got all 90’s crunchy with Mr. Jones by Counting Crows. While they were both great, Blake chose Mitchell. But don’t feel bad for Dennis as he was stolen by Adam.
Dylan Gerard vs. Dave Crosby
Having the name of a famous 60’s singer wasn’t enough for Dave Crosby to win Adam’s heart after he and Dylan sang Jackson Browne’s Doctor My Eyes. Dylan moved on with team Adam.
Esera Tuaolo vs. Rebecca Brunner
Esera beat out Rebecca with his golden voiced rendition of *NSYNC’s This I Promise You. That’s baby making music, y’all.
Illaina Viramontes vs. Chloe Kohanski
Chloe brought the house down with her rendition of Helen Reddy’s I Am Woman. Makes you get choked up, or at least it did me. Chloe moved forward with team Miley.
