The First Contestant Ever Competing On Britain AND ‘America’s Got Talent’ At Once — Who’s Wesley Williams?

Wesley Williams Auditions For ‘BGT’ 2020
Wesley’s audition for BGT earlier this season involved performing tricks on unicycles. The unicycles he rode got higher and higher as the audition progressed. There were a few scary moments, as the audience thought Wesley might fall off the unicycle or even off the edge of the stage.
The 22-year-old started off riding his unicycle up a set of stairs. Then he juggled several knives while balanced on the seat of an, especially high unicycle. But he didn’t stop there.

At the end of the audition, a huge unicycle came down from the ceiling. Wesley had to climb a ladder to get onto it. The judges and audience were nervous as Wesley rode the unicycle around the stage.
Judge David Walliams called Wesley’s act “world-class” and “one of the best things we’ve ever had on Britain’s Got Talent.” Wesley received four “yes” votes from the judges to move on.
Who Is Wesley The Unicyclist?
Wesley Williams is from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He started riding the unicycle at just six years old. When he was younger, he performed in Circus Smirkus, an international youth circus. And you might be surprised to know this isn’t his first time on a Got Talent show.
Wesley auditioned for America’s Got Talent Season 10 as part of the duo The One Wheel Wonders. He and Ella Warner, his fellow Circus Smirkus performer, made it through the audition round, but they didn’t end up making it past the Judge Cuts.

Now he’s returning to the show as a solo act. Wesley’s BGT audition broke the world record for highest unicycle, at 22 feet. He told the judges he could go as high as 35 feet, and even promised Simon Cowell he would use fire in the future.
We can’t wait to see what Wesley does on America’s Got Talent Season 15, and if he’ll end up going farther on one Got Talent show or the other.
