Blake Shelton And Gwen Stefani’s New House
According to Variety, the T is located in Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley. It was reportedly built on spec, and covers 13,000 square feet on a 1.6-acre lot, with three floors.
Amenities include a four-car garage, a home theater, and a pool with an inset spa and an outdoor kitchen and bar under a cabana. The house has two oversized gates for privacy, and has a hilltop view of the valley and skyline. It’s reportedly invisible from the street.
According to Country Living, Gwen recently sold the Beverly Hills home she shared with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale. After two years on the market, the place went to comedian Sebastian Maniscalco. It sold for nearly $22 million.
Blake and Gwen have reportedly split their time as a couple between Gwen’s house in Los Angeles and Blake’s Oklahoma ranch. And now they have a place of their own together!
Shefani Is Spending Quarantine In Oklahoma
Blake and Gwen have been spending quarantine on Blake’s ranch in Oklahoma. It’s where Blake has appeared on recent remote episodes of The Voice. The couple also made an appearance on The Tonight Show from home, as Gwen gave Blake a haircut.
Gwen and Blake also recently appeared on CBS’s ACM special from their backyard, bundled up and performing their duet “Nobody But You” by the fire. Then this past weekend, the couple welcomed a couple of baby pigs into their household for Mother’s Day. Gwen posted a cute photo of them feeding the piggies.
Will the pigs come with them to their new house in L.A.? We’ll have to wait and see.
