Simon Cowell Rides Jet Skis In Favorite Vacation Spot With Family After Breaking His Back
Instagram Simon Cowell is looking better than ever in new photos taken during a family vacation in Barbados. The ‘AGT’ judge and his girlfriend Lauren Silverman road jet skis with their six-year-old son Eric in their favorite vacation spot. This comes after Simon broke his back in August after a scary electric bike accident in the courtyard of his Malibu home.
Simon Cowell Went On A Family Trip With Eric Cowell And Lauren Silverman
Simon, 61, wore a pair of light blue swim shorts as he was joined by Lauren, 43, on the jet ski. The pair were all smiles as they cruised around. Lauren wore a black and white strapless one-piece bathing suit and a white baseball cap. She smiled as she sat behind Simon who took them on a joy ride.

Barbados has long been a popular vacation spot for the family. The head ‘BGT’ judge was actually looking to buy a home there which we spoke about in the What’s Hot Video below. He has acquired quite the knack for real estate lately, selling houses left and right as he recovered from his six-hour surgery where he had a metal rod placed in his back.
Previously media outlets were conflicted about how Simon’s recovery from the accident was going. “He had about six weeks of agony,” a source told Daily Mail. “By early September, it was obvious that he wasn’t going to be ready to physically travel at all for work. He was on high-strength painkillers but he isn’t anymore. He also doesn’t have a live-in nurse anymore.”
But this outing in Barbados certainly proves that Simon is back to being his normal self. In a second jet ski outing, Simon took Eric for a ride. They both wore life jackets and waved to Lauren who was standing on the shore. Eric is a spitting image of his famous father.
Lauren also wore a white bikini which showed off her stunning figure as she spent time with Eric on the shore. Simon and Lauren later took a relaxing stroll and held hands. He smoked a cigarette on the beach as he looked out at the water.
Simon Is Making His Big TV Return In 2021
‘BGT’ judge Amanda Holden recently confirmed in an interview that Simon will be back on television when the new season begins in January. “He is, Mr. Cowell is coming back,” she said. “I spoke to him on the phone a few weeks ago and he feels on top of the world and apparently he looks fantastic as well.” These Barbados photos prove that he is looking healthy and happy.
He previously missed the live shows on the last season of ‘BGT’ and ‘AGT’ as he was home recovering from the accident. But at the end of the day, Simon is all about business and is ready to make his big comeback.

Simon is also reportedly looking to sue the manufacturers of the electric bike Swindon Powertrain. A source said that the bike was an “accident waiting to happen.” The source also said they confronted their boss for not teaching Simon how to use the bike before it was dropped off at his house.
