Simon Cowell Messes Up Game Big Time On ‘Ellen’

Everyone knows that Simon Cowell is the king of the talent competition shows. American Idol, The X Factor, The Got Talents all come from him. In essence, if you think about it, all of these shows are all game shows. They have simple rules that you follow to win. It seems that when it’s Simon’s turn…he sucks at it.
Simon was on Ellen to promote all of his various projects. Plus, what does Simon love to do more than talk about himself? So, they played the game ‘Burning Questions’ where Ellen asks random questions. He has to answer and THEN hit the bell. He cannot do it right. It’s like he’s possessed by a really dumb demon. It’s weird.
As for his answers, there were two that stood out to me. One was when he was asked which reality shows he likes besides the ones he works on. He said none. He thinks there is no worth to not only shows like Keeping Up with the Kardashians and The Real Housewives, (can’t say as I disagree there), but also that competing shows like The Voice and American Idol aren’t worth watching. Hardcore. The other bit that anyone auditioning for these shows should keep in mind is to not sing Grenade by Bruno Mars. He hates it and no one can sing it right. I don’t doubt that.
