Simon Cowell Doesn’t Blink At Knives Being Thrown At Him On ‘BGT’ [VIDEO]

Simon Cowell didn’t flinch when having knives thrown at him on BGT last weekend. The media mogul joined his fellow judge David Walliams as guinea pigs for danger act Claire-Marie & Jason.
If you can believe it, this isn’t the first time Simon Cowell has had knives thrown at him on Britain’s Got Talent. He might as well be part of his own danger act at this point. Check out the latest video below.
Simon Cowell Gets Knives Thrown At Him On ‘BGT’
The audition started with Jason throwing knives at a board behind Claire-Marie, just inches from her body. Then Claire-Marie was mounted onto a spinning wheel, as Jacon threw knife after knife without hitting her.
Things got extra dicey when Claire-Marie put a bag over Jason’s head so he couldn’t see her as he threw the knives her way. At the conclusion of he act, she ducked to miss a knife going near her head.

When the act was over, judge Amanda Holden suggested that Simon should go up on stage and have knives thrown at him. Eventually, both he and David Walliams ended up standing back to back against the board while Jason threw the knives.
David kept his eyes squeezed shut, while Simon hardly blinked as the knives flew past his face. They of course ended up uninjured, and Jason and Claire-Marie received four yes votes from the judges.
Simon’s Previous Knife Act Experience
If you can believe it, this isn’t even the first time Simon has been the victim of a knife-throwing act. Last year, Gomonov Knife Show auditioned for BGT, and Simon volunteered.

Simon seemed a bit more scared during the first experience. He closed his eyes a few times and looked shocked as the knives hit the board he was pressed against. He was a bit more confident the second time around.
Afterward, Simon said it was “terrifying.” He’ll have trouble participating in danger acts on the upcoming season of America’s Got Talent, as several auditions were judged remotely, and you can’t exactly throw knives at someone through a computer screen.
