Another season of The Voice is right around the corner. Let’s talk about the shows longest running coach, Blake Shelton. He’s done a lot in his career other than The Voice, but how much do you really know about him?

The Voice returns to NBC on September 20 and will continue on September 21 at 8 p.m. for a two-night premiere. Ariana Grande will be joining Shelton, Kelly Clarkson, and John Legend as a part of the coaches in this new season. I cannot wait to see the contestants in action! It seems like this season will be a tight competition.
Will Blake Shelton Win The Voice This Year Too?
It’s tough to say really. To begin, the show hasn’t started just yet. But, a lot of the previews have shown fans raging over Grande. It’s too soon to tell, but Shelton might have tough competition this season. Even though Clarkson and Legend are good at swaying people to join their teams, they’re no match for the OG coach.
Outside of The Voice he’s had a lengthy career, so it’s no surprise that contestants will normally choose to join his team. This 45 year-old began his career in music when he was only 15 years-old, so he’s been in the music business for quite sometime. He already has 13 albums released and there’s no telling how many he’ll have out by the end of his career. Beside American Idol judge, Luke Bryan, Shelton is one of the biggest names in country music.
