Rosalia And Travis Scott’s New Spanish Song ‘TKN’ Is A HUGE Hit With Fans On Twitter
GettyImages Rapper Travis Scott and Latin singer Rosalia have collaborated before in the past but for this new song “TKN” they really showed fans something new. The song is super energetic and the music video is full of little kids running around having the time of their lives.
Travis Scott Does Something He’s Never Done Before In “TKN”
Immediately, fans were drawn to the fact that Travis tried something new on this track. He shocked fans when he rapped the chorus and a few other lines in Spanish. The English speaking rapper really gave people something new and fresh with this high-energy song. In an interview four years ago, Travis spoke about how he took Spanish classes in high school. But maybe Rosalia helped him out a little bit with the pronunciations while recording this song. One Twitter user said “Travis Scott speaking Spanish on his song with Rosalia is something I didn’t know I needed.” In the past, Travis recognized that he has a huge Latino following, so naturally, this song has been a hit with fans.
“Nah chill, Travis Scott speaking Spanish on the new Rosalía >>>>” said one Twitter user in awe of Travis speaking in Spanish.
While another said “hearing Travis Scott speak Spanish made my heart melt un poco.”
Travis even went on to promote the song in an Instagram post with a caption written entirely in Spanish. One person jokingly commented, “Travis calm down with the Google translate bruh.”

Some Powerful Images Were Featured In The Music Video
In this music video, Rosalia is seen carrying a baby through a town as a group of children runs past her in the background. She emphasizes in the song that she is a boss and a strong woman. The concept is that she is a leader or like a mother figure to all of these children. It is really amazing that she highlighted children in this video and all of the stunning and powerful images that were used did not go unnoticed.
Fans really appreciate how much time and energy was put into this video as well as the unique concept.
Rosalia has yet to have a number one song in America since bursting on the scene in the past two years. But with “TKN” already getting tons of love just after its release, it seems like that could realistically be on the horizon for her. She did end up winning a Grammy for Best Latin Rock, Urban or Alternative Album in 2020 for “El Mal Querer.”
During an episode of Apple Music’s Beats1, Rosalia said that she really enjoyed working with Travis again. “I think that he’s very special and that we had a lot of fun,” she said. One Twitter user compared their music partnership to Lana Del Rey and A$AP Rocky.
Another twitter user said “Rosalia really had Travis out here trapping in Spanish.” We hope they release more fun collabs like this in the future.
