The Masked Dancer Cricket’s first performance and clues package

The Cricket’s Clues on The Masked Dancer

The Cricket’s clues start with him saying that he never thought he would do a show like this. “Me? Cricket? Dancing? No way!” We see the Las Vegas sign, then Cricket is walking through a casino. A grand prize of “90,210,000” pops up onto the screen. He talks about how he’s been lucky in life, but when it came to love, it always felt like he was getting “punked.” The camera pans to the number 12 as Cricket talks about finding “love at first sight.” He hit the “jackpot” and became the “ultimate power couple.” The slot machine lands on three gold bars with “x10” written over them. He was her “apprentice,” teaching him “the art of balance.” Cricket holds up four aces to close out his clues package.

The Masked Dancer also has a new twist! Each contestant can say one word in their real, undisguised voice. His “Word Up” clue was “accomplished.”

The panelists have guessed that the Cricket could be Ryan Reynolds, Ian Ziering, Jim Carrey, or Ashton Kutcher. Many people online agree with Ian Ziering, because of the “90210” clue, or Ashton Kutcher, because of the “Punk’d” clue. But we’ve also seen guesses for Dax Shepard, Matt Lanter, and Andrew Luck.

Our Predictions for The Masked Dancer Cricket

When we looked into the clues about the Cricket, we narrowed down our search to two top contenders. Based on that, we predict that the Cricket is either…

Adam Carolla or Chuck Liddell!

We’ll start with how clues match Adam Carolla. First, he has done a number of shows in Vegas. Though he was never on “Punk’d,” he was a regular cast member on a similar prank show “Crank Yankers.” The “Apprentice” mention makes sense too, since Adam appeared on The Celebrity Apprentice season 12. Adam has been married since 2002 and the many love-related clues could also be explained by his talk show Loveline. Finally, the aces could be explained by the fact that Adam Carolla has a podcast called “Ace on the House,” where he discusses home improvement. And it wouldn’t be his first time dancing on TV either, since he was on Dancing With The Stars!

For Chuck Liddell, he trained in Las Vegas and is married to a professional poker player, which would explain all those clues and the “power couple” comment. He also appeared in an episode of “Punk’d.” The 12 could be a reference to when he started studying karate at age 12. Chuck has four kids, like the four aces Cricket showed in the clues. He’s also been in 30 MMA fights and has 10 knockouts, which is the most in his UFC division’s history. Since the number 10 showed up three times, both of those can be explained by his fighting record. But Chuck is also part of ESPN’s “30 for 30” special on his feud with Tito Ortiz. Chuck has also mentioned having problems with his balance, a quote mentioned in the Cricket’s clues.
