Man Caught Having S*x With Dead Woman’s Body Who Was ‘Dead For Some Time’
Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Things got very disturbing outside of the Daybreak Day Resource Center in Macon, Georgia. Kenny Obryan Whitehead, 55, was caught having sex with a woman on the front steps. But, what authorities discovered next sent shockwaves through the town.
Authorities Were Called To The Scene After Reports Of 2 People Having Sex
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office responded to calls of two people engaging in sexual acts outside of the homeless shelter. Once they arrived at the scene, they instructed Whitehead to put his clothes back on after stripping nude during sex. It wasn’t until Whitehead stepped away from the woman that they realized she was unresponsive. The corpse had already been dead for some time before authorities got there. He was then arrested and charged with necrophilia, sexual intercourse, or attraction towards corpses. In the state of Georgia, a person convicted of necrophilia will be punished by a prison term between one and ten years. It was originally just a felony conviction and Whitehead was being held without bond.
He remained in custody Monday on the necrophilia charge. But, after further investigation, the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Investigators have now ruled this case a homicide. Whitehead is now facing additional charges of murder and rape added to his necrophilia charge.
The Investigation Of This Murder Case Continues
It is unclear if Whitehead knew the woman prior to the incident. It is also unclear if either of them were homeless and how they ended up on the steps of Daybreak Day Resource Center in Macon. According to their website, the center helps people “receive services that help them overcome the immediate crisis of homelessness.” Services that they provide include housing and housing placement, breakfast and snacks, a free health clinic and showers among other things. The center tweeted about how vulnerable homeless people are during the COVID-19 pandemic. Their services are still open amid the pandemic.

The family of the victim has been notified of her death.
However, the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office will not be releasing the victim information due to the charges and nature of this incident.
