MAJOR Puppet Feud: ‘AGT’ Winner Petunia vs. Randy Feltface Twitter War
NBC AGT winner Darci Lynne and her best friend puppet Petunia did not take a challenge by Bring the Funny‘s own puppet, Randy Feltface, lying down. He called her out on social media, and Petunia had a thing or two to say about that…and so did our own puppet Talentino. Randy Feltface Throws Down The Gauntlet
It all started when Australian stand-up puppet Randy Feltface specifically challenged Petunia and Darci Lynne after his appearance on NBC’s Bring the Funny. We all think he was one of the best acts on the show so far. His material was strong enough that it didn’t have to rely on the fact that he was a puppet to get the laugh. As anyone who has watched The Talent Recap Show knows we have our own puppet Talentino, so we’re here for it.
But everyone holding hands and laughing in a field came to an abrupt end when Randy confronted Petunia on Instagram from Bring the Funny’s account. You will recall that Darci Lynne and Petunia won America’s Got Talent two seasons ago and has gone on to become a national phenomenon. For all we know, Randy Feltface is huge in Australia. So is kangaroo boxing.
Darci Lynne and Petunia’s Response
Darci Lynne and Petunia, of course, had to respond to this usurpation with their own video on Twitter. First, she said on the Instagram post, “It’s On”. In the Twitter video Darci seems to think that Randy is funny while Petunia is not amused. She’s more interested in looking at herself in the mirror. When she does look at Randy she says all she sees is a “purple cueball”. It’s true that Randy doesn’t have any hair. Not that there is anything wrong with being follically challenged. But with one sentence, Petunia showed Randy she is not afraid of Randy becoming America’s favorite non-Muppet puppet.

Talentino’s Response
Talentino Recapo, Talent Recap’s own purple puppet, has a long history with Petunia and Darci. He interviewed them waaaay back after Darci won. He has a not so secret thing for Petunia but they are just friends. Because they are friends, Talentino asked me if he could say a few words about this controversy and come to the defense of his old friend Petunia. You can see Talentino’s message below.
