Julianne Hough’s New App Will Keep You Fit During Quarantine
Julianne Hough is doing her part to help keep people fit during the coronavirus pandemic, as well as making sure fitness instructors don’t have to struggle at this difficult time.
The former AGT judge recently announced a partnership with Light + Fit yogurt and her workout method KINRGY. That includes a donation to the Movemeant Foundation, and a new app.
Julianne Hough Partners With Light & Fit
As part of the partnership with Julianne, Light + Fit is donating $200,000 to Movemeant, a nonprofit organization that has started a COVID-19 relief fund to support fitness instructors who are out of work due to the pandemic.
Light + Fit has also created an app in partnership with KINRGY and Movemeant called Working Well. You can download it here to add it to Slack. It will give you daily messages with reminders to move, wellness tips, and workout routines.
Julianne Hough posted about the partnership on Instagram, saying the app is meant to “help you guys easily integrate wellness into your remote working days.” Videos featured through the app can also be found on Light + Fit’s YouTube channel. They feature instructors from KINRGY leading routines.
What Is Julianne’s Fitness Program KINRGY?
Julianne Hough launched KINRGY last year. She described it as a workout method that’s all about “moving in a way that’s nurturing to each individual.” You can sign up to receive email updates on the program’s website, or pay $25 to attend the next live class.
KINRGY’s Instagram page has also hosted live videos recently, which can be found in their IGTV videos. In March, Julianne hosted a 15-minute class on the account. Recently, she took the workout method on the road as part of Oprah Winfrey’s 2020 tour.
