The Masked Dancer UK brought out all our dance moves tonight, with another set of sensational performances. Shortly after the episode’s unmasked celebrity was revealed, viewers online pointed out a rather awkward moment in the show.

Viewers Blast ‘Outrageous’ Moment on ‘The Masked Dancer UK’
ITV’s hit dancing show returned tonight in all it’s absurdity, with five more contestants hoping to secure their place in the competition. As always, two unlucky contestants found themselves in the bottom two to dance again to be saved by the judging panel.
Rubber Chicken and Frog unfortunately found themselves on the tipping point of elimination. Rubber Chicken danced to ‘Take A Chance on Me’ and Frog chose ‘Hey Ya!’ as their survival track.
We must say, it didn’t come as much of a surprise that Rubber Chicken eventually found themselves eliminated. The masked dancer, clearly bringing energy to the stage, failed to show much dancing talent.
However, many viewers online were saddened by Rubber Chicken’s fate. One user wrote: “Chicken is in the bottom two. This is OUTRAGEOUS.”
Judges Nearly Forget Who Unmasked Celebrity Is
As with any ‘Masked’ series, anything can happen. Tonight, as Rubber Chicken was revealed to be Eddie the Eagle, online viewers via Twitter noticed a rather awkward moment.
Many pointed out that as Eddie The Eagle was unmasked, the judges clearly had no idea who he was before host, Joel Dommett reminded the panel.
“That awkward moment when they take the mask off and nobody knows who it is…” wrote one user.
“They had absolutely NO idea who he was .. even after he’d removed the mask!” another pointed out.
Eddie The Eagle is a professional ski jumper, holding the jumping record for over a decade until 2001. But the judges still didn’t recognize him. Ouch!
The ‘Masked Dancer UK’ Announce Guest Judges
Just as The Masked Dancer UK takes a day off from airing, we can expect some all-new guest judges to begin appearing. Starting Thursday, the show has announced that David Walliams and Holly Willoughby will each feature on the panel.
Walliams already having years of judging experience will be a fan favorite. Willoughby, being a daytime talk show host, will have a catalogue of celebrity encounters, aiding her guesses.
