Jennifer Lopez Joins ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’ Season 14
According to Entertainment Weekly, Jennifer Lopez will make a “special virtual appearance” this season. Lopez doesn’t appear in the new teaser for Season 14, but she is mentioned. At one point, judge Ross Mathews tells a contestant, “Even J.Lo is looking at you like, ‘Damn!'”
As EW points out, Lopez has been a longtime presence on the show in spirit, as her fashion and music have been referenced multiple times throughout the series. Examples include the six-way lip sync to “Waiting for Tonight” in Season 11, as well as Jan and Ginger Minj recreating her famous Versace gown on All Stars 6.
Lopez, who formerly judged on World of Dance, has recently been promoting her new song “On My Way,” from her upcoming romantic comedy movie Marry Me, out in February.
