Jennifer Hudson Shares Photo Of Her Son Next to ‘Respect’ Poster

American Idol finalist and academy award winning actress Jennifer Hudson shared an adorable photo of her son and his friends clearly proud of her role in Respect, an upcoming biopic about Aretha Franklin. Hudson shared a photo on social media of her son in front of the movie poster.
Hudson is making big waves once again in the music and film industries with the new film. Respect premieres in theaters on August 13, and fans cannot wait to see her in the iconic role of Aretha Franklin.
With this upcoming film’s premiere date on the horizon, many theaters have begun putting the poster in their lobbies. It seems like Hudson’s son saw the poster when in the lobby of a theater:
“Awwhhh when your kid goes to the movies and see mommy poster!!!” said Hudson in the post.
Hudson’s son, David Otunga Jr., whom she shares with ex-fiancé, David Otunga, can be seen in the back of Hudson’s post holding what looks to be a slushy. Fans who might remember the birth of Hudson’s son were quick to comment on how grown up he looks.
