Heidi Klum may be a supermodel, but she’s not afraid to show off her quarantine belly. As many of us are staying inside more and maybe enjoying some homemade treats, plenty of fans can relate.
“Dinner was good,” Heidi captioned a recent Instagram photo in which she shows off her post-meal belly, along with her husband Tom Kaulitz and his brother Bill. We only wish she told us what they ate.

The AGT judge received plenty of funny comments from fans on Instagram. “This is all of us after the lockdown,” one user wrote. Another congratulated her on the food baby. Another commented, “This actually makes me feel so much better.”
In a recent behind-the-scenes Instagram video from Heidi’s Amazon show Making the Cut, she and Tim Gunn learn how to make croissants in Paris. We wonder if Heidi took those skills into quarantine with her. Who wouldn’t want a croissant when they’re stuck at home?
Heidi isn’t the only one indulging more during the pandemic. Plenty of people have been posting about their at-home cooking and baking hobbies, and joking about losing their beach bodies. (Who’s going to the beach, anyway?)
And it’s not just women. Friends actor Matthew Perry recently posted a photo of his homemade cookies and informed fans that he wasn’t wearing any pants. He joked in the hashtag that he was ready for “some serious nude eating.”
Don’t Feel Bad About Your Quarantine Eating
Even as celebrities like Heidi Klum and Matthew Perry post about their quarantine comfort food, you might find yourself feeling bad about your own habits. But don’t stress about eating more and exercising less during this quarantine.
“Eating enough is the best way to support ourselves during a time like this,” registered dietician Heather Caplan told Outside. “Stressing about whether your meals are healthy enough or macros are balanced or calories are in check may feel safe, but it’s not actually improving your health.”
Another dietician, Whitney Catalano, emphasized that gaining weight during quarantine is OK. “If the worst thing that happens to you from this is that you gain a few pounds, then consider yourself lucky,” she said. “Everyone’s routines, everyone’s habits, everyone’s quality of life is drastically changing right now.”
