Blake Shelton has become a father to Gwen Stefani’s three kids, and she has the photos to prove it. On Sunday, Gwen paid tribute to her boyfriend and fellow Voice coach Blake on Instagram.
Gwen wished Blake a happy Father’s Day, attaching several photos of the country singer with her sons. Although she shares all three kids with her ex-husband Gavin Rossdale, Blake is obviously an important part of their lives.
In her Father’s Day tribute to Blake, Gwen wrote, “thank u for helping me raise these boys!! #weloveyou.” She added the first initials of her and her three sons’ names, Kingston (age 14), Zuma (age 11), and Apollo (age 6).
Gwen included a slideshow of eight photos showing Blake hanging out with the kids. In one, he and Zuma show off a drawing they did at a restaurant. In another, Blake and Apollo pose with a fish they caught. In the next shot, they make funny faces for the camera while wearing matching camo.
Blake and Gwen have been dating since 2015, after meeting on set of The Voice. They’re currently quarantined together, along with Gwen’s kids, on Blake’s Oklahoma ranch. Blake has clearly had a lot of time to spend with the kids, and it sounds like he’s doing a great job helping Gwen parent.
Last year, Gwen was asked on the Today show if she thinks Blake Shelton would be a good dad. She answered, “He is a good dad, actually.” She went on to explain, “He’s been helping me out a lot, so I literally get to the point where I’m like, ‘You gotta get home, I need help.’ It’s hard. I got three boys.”
Last month, Gwen posted a happy birthday message for her son Kingston, who turned 14. She shared a cute video of Kingston and Blake, in which Blake kisses Kingston’s face. When Kingston pulls away, he smiles and wipes off his face.
The kids have also spent time with their dad Gavin Rossdale during the pandemic, although they have longer stints apart. “I prefer it when they’re around,” Gavin said, sharing that he FaceTimes with them when they’re apart.
