Guys Refuse To Give Up, Even After Simon Cowell Calls The Duo ‘Crazy Bad’ [VIDEO]

Simon Cowell has seen some bad auditions in his time, but he called one X Factor duo “crazy bad” when they tried out in 2008. Their names are Ant and Seb, and they refused to give up, even after a rejection.
The brothers’ audition made the judges break down in laughter, as one half of the duo sang and the other half provided backup. Check out their audition below, and find out what the judges thought.
Ant and Seb Audition For ‘The X Factor’
Ant and Seb were confident that they could not only get through to the next round, but win the entire competition. Seb compared them to P. Diddy and Usher, with a bit of Rick Astley thrown in.

If you’re wondering what that sounds like, it’s not very good. Ant performed Peter Andre’s song “Mysterious Girl,” while Seb threw in some awkward asides. It was so weird, the judges couldn’t contain their laughter. Cheryl was particularly tickled, as she teared up from giggling.
“Where do I start?” Simon Cowell said when they were done. “I mean, it’s more like Ant and Deaf.” The nickname didn’t stop Ant and Seb from trying to convince the judges they were good enough to go through.
Ant And Seb Won’t Stop Singing
“We know we’re good enough, Simon,” Seb insisted, leading to visible shock from the judge. “No disrespect, but we feel we’re pretty good.” They asked for another chance, arguing that they’re “different.” Louis Walsh agreed, but not in a good way.

Needless to say, all three judges voted “no” to sending the duo through. But the pair didn’t accept it. Ant immediately launched into another song. As Simon tried to get them to leave, Seb told him, “I’m sorry, Simon, but he’s a good singer. We can’t take no for an answer.”
Security had to come and escort the brothers out of the audition room. They hung around outside, and ran into Simon again later. Ant started singing again, as Simon walked away and shouted, “Shut up!”
