Instagram Gwen Stefani gave fans a closer look at her engagement ring from Blake Shelton this weekend as the couple attended the People’s Choice Awards. Eagle-eyed followers were able to catch a glimpse of the sparkler.

Gwen Stefani posted a few Instagram stories from the car on the way to the People’s Choice Awards on Sunday. She told followers that she would be waiting in the car due to COVID-10 precautions. “But I’m here to support Blake in case he wins,” she added.

At one point, she reached up to adjust her face mask, giving fans a quick peek at her engagement ring. As you can see, it’s very sparkly and pretty darn big. Although Gwen didn’t talk about the ring, it was nice not to have to zoom in on their engagement photo to see.
The ring was apparently custom-made, and is a 6-carat solitaire diamond. It could have cost over $500,000 according to an expert. Blake reportedly proposed in the chapel he built for Gwen at their Oklahoma home.

During the People’s Choice Awards, Blake won the award for Top Country Artist. In his acceptance speech, he gave a sweet shout-out to Gwen, earning applause from the audience.

“Thank you to my new fiancée, Gwen Stefani,” Blake said. “Her name is Gwen Stefani, S-t-e-f-a-n-i, if you need to Google it and figure out who she is.” It’s the perfect follow-up to last year’s speech, in which he said, “Gwen Stefani, I love the shit out of you!”
Blake and Gwen have been appearing together on The Voice this season. They apparently want a small wedding with just their close family and friends — more lowkey than their previous nuptials to Miranda Lambert and Gavin Rossdale.
