YouTube Shane Dawson announced his brand new horror movie project yesterday, with his first main channel video in over 6 months. The YouTube documentary star hit the Trending Page soon after uploading his very first video to the new series titled, ‘The Demon In My House’. Youtuber Shane Dawson returned to YouTube yesterday with his long awaited introduction to his new project. The YouTube veteran uploaded the first of what we expect to be many episodes in his new horror series, The Demon In My House.

Dawson explained throughout the video that filming and creating a horror film was always a dream of his and now is in the process of writing a script for one. The YouTuber went on to mention that he aims to make the process of writing, filming and planning the movie as part of a new series on his main channel.
Shane Dawson discusses theory behind a supposed ghost haunting him in his house
Whilst on the topic of his new horror film, Dawson began to delve into some frightening occurrences that he and others had experienced in the LA home he shares with his fiancé, Ryland Adams. The YouTube star explained recent events that saw both him and others visiting his home, acknowledging ghost-like movements which he recalls as a “demonic entity or shadow figure” moving around his house.
At a workout session with his personal trainer via Facetime, Dawson spoke on how whilst on a call, his camera blacked out, with a figure passing by the shot. During the entire video, Shane continued to narrate stories from his childhood and connections to present-day as well as chilling recollections of being mysteriously touched whilst in bed.

Shane discussed how he believes that the horror project and the paranormal experiences at his home are somewhat connected and is resolute on capturing it all for the new series.
Back in May, the Documentary star went live on Instagram during the night, to invite the viewers to experience his strange paranormal experience in real-time whilst he heard noises from his home.
Shane has been fixed on the idea that the ‘ghost’ in his home may indeed be his deceased grandma after receiving multiple messages from his mother, with similar stories.
