BIO: Richard Olate performed in both the Big Apple Circus and Ringling Bros. and Barnum and Bailey Circus before his America’s Got Talent audition. The Olate Dog family was in Orlando when AGT came through the city on their audition tour. 19 year old Nicholas Olate convinced his father to audition for the show. Their audition got a standing ovation. Their act landed them as the season seven winner of America’s Got Talent.

The father-and-son team of Richard and Nicholas Olate performed around the country after winning the series. In 2014, the dogs made their movie debut in Le Sauvetage (The Rescue). The Olate Dogs last performance was on September 24, 2018.
