BIO: LeAnn Rimes rose to fame as a country singer at the age of 13 with her 1996 hit single “Blue.” In 2020, Rimes was revealed as “The Sun” on The Masked Singer after winning the season. Rimes performs pop, contemporary Christian, and other musical genres. This singer has sold over 37 million records worldwide to date and placed over 40 singles on the international charts since 1996.

Rimes’s debut album was released in 1991 and quickly led to her discovery. A Dallas, Texas based disc jockey and record promoter was impressed by Rimes and worked to help her break into mainstream country music. Eventually, he arranged a recording contract for her with Curb Records, whom she signed on to in 1996.

Rimes has released 18 studio albums in the course of her career and has won several awards for her work as a musical artist. In her career she’s won two Grammy Awards and has been nominated seven times.
