BIO: Daniella Karagach joined the cast of Dancing With the Stars as a professional dancer in season 28 (2019). She didn’t compete in her first season, but made waves in her second and third. In season 29 she finished in third place with her partner Nelly, a year later she won her first mirrorball trophy with Iman Shumpert.
Karagach began studying ballet at the age of three, by the time she was seven she was taking Latin Dance classes. She got her first dance partner, Leonid Juashkovsky, at eleven years old.
In 2009, Karagach began a dance partnership with Pasha Paskov. They are seven-time United States 10-Dance Champions and Latin Champions. The partners have represented the United States in multiple competitions including the 2009 World Games in Taiwan, the 2011 World Latin Championship, UK Open Ten Dance Championship, and more.
In 2012 they became the U.S. Dance National Latin Championship. The couple appeared together on World of Dance ahead of Dancing With the Stars. These dance partners dated for four years before tying the knot on July 18, 2014.
