Carrie Underwood Shares Photo Of ‘Two Crazy Kids’ On Her 10 Year Anniversary
Instagram Carrie Underwood gave her fans a blast from the past when she posted throwback pictures of her and husband Mike Fisher. She posted them along with a picture from present-day to show off the transformation the pair have made that led them to fall in love with each other. The happy couple is celebrating their 10th wedding anniversary and seriously, where does the time go?
Carrie Underwood And Mike Fisher Are Celebrating Their Anniversary
Carrie captioned the throwback photo “Hey you two crazy kids. Believe it or not, someday you both will become (slightly) less awkward, you’ll grow up to have pretty cool jobs, you’ll meet backstage at some girl’s concert, fall in love, get married, have two amazing boys, and live happily ever after!” The pair first met backstage at one of her shows as the former hockey player was living in Canada at the time in 2008. Carrie was still fresh off her success from American Idol and they went out to dinner together. It was three months before they were able to go on another date due to their busy schedules and distance between them. But it worked out for them very well as they got married in 2010 after falling in love.

“These past 10 years have been pretty incredible with you, @mfisher1212 ! Here’s to many many more…without the bowl cuts! I love you and I thank the good Lord that He brought those two kids together! HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!!!!!!!!!” she continued with her caption. They welcomed son Isaiah in 2015 and another son Jacob in 2019.
Carrie And Mike Often Praise Each Other On Social Media
Carrie recently posted an adorable photo of Mike playing with their boys. He definitely seems like a very hands-on dad, plus it takes strength to lift two children at the same time! She constantly posts pictures of Mike interacting with the kids and he does the same. He even recently took the boys fishing and reflecting on how quickly they are growing up.

Mike posted a touching tribute to Carrie on Mother’s Day where he called her “Beautiful, Fun, loving, kind, faithful, nurturing and competitive.”
The pair just released part one of a four-part series called “Mike and Carrie: God & Country” where they speak about some of the trials and tribulations they have had to overcome in their marriage and in life. The American Idol star said she never thought she would marry a hunter in this clip shared on Instagram. But on a more somber note, Carrie opens up about suffering several miscarriages and how it made her feel “hurt.”

After 10 years of marriage, Carrie and Mike look like they are doing better than ever. She literally went from winning American Idol to meeting her Prince Charming and they are definitely relationship goals.
