Although these celebrities are young in these photos, their careers are the exact opposite. Our talent show judging panels typically have only the best of the best on them.
Auditions Are Still Open For American Idol!
American Idol is currently holding auditions for the upcoming season of their show. If you haven’t already heard, they’re doing a virtual version of their Idol Across America Tour. Video submissions are still accepted until October 15.
For video submissions, contestants are able to answer a series of questions, then record themselves singing. If you don’t feel comfortable recording from your bedroom and have a pre-existing YouTube video you are able to submit it into the competition as long as it does not have any sort of vocal modifications. If you participate via video submission you should expect to hear from producers via phone or email before November 1.
If you are selected for a callback you will then have to do a virtual Zoom audition, “or an in-person audition, if in-person auditions are held.”
Although it is completely free to audition for American Idol online, you will be responsible to make your own travel accommodations if callbacks are held in person.
