Angelica Hale Abruptly Quits The TNT Boys World Tour! Find Out Why

Earlier this month, the TNT Boys announced that AGT runner-up Angelica Hale would be joining them at three shows on their world tour. While she recently performed with the Filipino World’s Best favorites in Los Angeles, she had to cut her set short at their scheduled stop in Canada this past weekend.
Angelica posted an apology and explanation on Twitter Saturday. She shared that she had not been feeling well for the previous few days, and her “vocal chords [sic] were not up to the task.” The 11-year-old singer added, “They were not able to carry me through my set the way that I know they are supposed to.”
Angelica Hale Apologizes To Fans
Angelica explained that if she pushed through despite the issue, it could “make things worse in the long-run.” Anyone who’s heard Angelica’s phenomenal voice would probably understand that she needs to take care of it.
She said that it was “truly an honor” appearing with the TNT Boys on their tour, and apologized to fans who had wanted to see her perform. “I am also sorry to the TNT Boys and to TFC for the abrupt ending to my set.” She added her plans to make it up to fans, and promised to keep them updated on social media.
Will Angelica Perform At This Week’s TNT Boys Show?
Angelica was originally scheduled to perform at three of the TNT Boys’ North American stops, including one at Chabot College in Hayward, Calif., on April 23. However, the TNT Boys announced on Twitter earlier this month that the Hayward show had to be rescheduled for May 2.
It doesn’t look like Angelica will appear at this rescheduled show, since the TNT Boys’ Facebook account has an updated banner image that only lists April 25 and 27 under her name. We’re sure some fans will be disappointed not to see her, but it’s important that she takes care of herself. She and the TNT Boys may be vocal powerhouses, but they’re still just kids, after all.
