‘America’s Got Talent: Live!’ Is Happening This Weekend!

It’s almost here! The highly anticipated weekend of America’s Got Talent: Live! 2018 performances begins in just two days, and the acts are getting ready for the big event!
As AGT Season 13 champion, card magician Shin Lim will headline the show. He stopped by the KNSV Las Vegas News studio to demonstrate some of his slight of hand skills.
The other performers have been heading down to Vegas this week as well, and are bringing fans along for the ride via their social media accounts.

The aforementioned Shin Lim will headline the show with some sure-to-be-dazzling magic acts. He will be joined by several other AGT Season 13 finalists, including rock singer Courtney Hadwin, trapeze act Duo Transcend, and stand-up comedians Samuel J. Comroe and Vicki Barbolak. Electric violinist Brian King Joseph was also set to perform, but had to drop out due to health issues.
Unfortunately due to health reasons, @BrianKingJoseph will no longer be able to perform in the America’s Got Talent Live shows at @ParisVegas Nov. 2-4. We wish him the best in his recovery.

They announced this drop-out pretty early, so if it is a health problem it sounds like it could possibly have something to do with his condition of neuropathy. Hopefully it’s not because the world needs him to be able to make music for a long time! (It is, however, worth nothing he was able to play a small performance at a children’s hospital a few days after the announcement.) But regardless of what the situation is, Brian will certainly be missed in Vegas and we wish him nothing but the best!
Tickets for this year’s edition of America’s Got Talent: Live! can be purchased on the show’s Ticketmaster page. There are five performances scheduled over the weekend (one on Friday, November 2 and two each on Saturday, November 3 and Sunday, November 4) but be warned: while there are still seats available for all five shows as of the publishing of this article, the pickings are very slim and the run will likely be 100% sold out very soon. So if you’re gunning to go, get them now!
Thankfully, those of us unable to see the show live will be able to get our AGT-fix in about two months when the highly-anticipated spin-off series America’s Got Talent: The Champions premieres on NBC Monday, January 7.
