How To Audition For American Idol Season 2 on ABC

American Idol‘s reboot just ended its first season but they are already thinking about season 2. We’re not sure when the show is coming back, whether early in 2019 or late 2018, but we do know that auditions for the next season kick off in August. Here’s how to audition for American Idol.
There are two ways to audition for the show: in person or online. If you can’t make it to one of the auditions below, you can always submit a video audition here or hashtag a video on social media with #TheNextIdol. The old fashioned way to audition is to show up to a massive cattle call that thousands of people will go to and then wait for hours and hours. If that’s your game then these cities are holding auditions:
