Britain’s Got Talent judge, Amanda Holden has announced that she expects the show’s live finals to commence this Autumn. Here’s all we know, so far about when we can expect Britain’s Got Talent to go LIVE!
“It’s hopefully looking to be in the early autumn,” says Amanda Holden when discussing ‘BGT’ live shows
Amid the ongoing Coronavirus crisis, Britain’s Got Talent has postponed it’s live shows to a later date due to the inability to tape the show without an audience. Amanda Holden has recently given an update on the show’s efforts to reschedule the live shows to a later date this year.
“We have got some dates in our diaries,’ begins Amanda. “It’s difficult because I can’t say when because it’s all TBC. But it’s hopefully looking to be in the early autumn.” The BGT judge continued, stating that an audience is fundamental for the live shows: “We just can’t do it without an audience. For this show we need the British public on the stage and behind us in the audience. We need that atmosphere.”
Across the sea, America’s Got Talent is keen to continue with taping and has recently announced that it will air online auditions whilst the global battle against the Coronavirus continues.
