According to reports, the confrontation occurred on the set of Britain’s Got Talent during a break. This was apparently before lockdown, as Lauren allegedly approached Alesha in a “curtained-off backstage room.”

So what was Lauren’s issue, according to sources? It was the way Simon Cowell and Alesha Dixon “whispered to each other in recording gaps.” The 15-minute conversation is said to have left Alesha “shaken” and in need of a makeup touch-up. The crew was reportedly stopped from entering the area.
However, a source close to Simon said that Lauren and Alesha actually “get on very well,” adding, “I don’t believe Lauren has ever been suspicious of Alesha and Simon’s friendship. There’s no animosity.”
Alesha Dixon Responds To The Rumor
On Tuesday morning, Alesha tweeted about the story, writing, “First class journalism at its best again! Don’t let the truth get in the way of a good story!” She called it “negative, toxic behaviour.”

She added that Lauren Silverman “has been nothing by gracious to my family.” Alesha is married to Azuka Ononye, and they have two children together, Azura and Anaya.
Alesha also mentioned Caroline Flack, the British television presenter who died by suicide in February after receiving negative coverage from the media. “Have you learnt nothing from Caroline’s passing!” Alesha wrote, adding the hashtag #bekind.
Another source has denied that a disagreement occurred between Lauren and Alesha, saying, “Alesha and Lauren are very good pals. They have literally never had a row.”
