AGT Champions: Why V. Unbeatable Is Not Getting Support From India
Getty Images V. Unbeatable were the ones to beat in 2019, but after a shock twist in the America’s Got Talent finale, they missed out on the winner’s prize. Now, the superstar dance group from India on AGT: Champions are racing through the current competition. However, as V. Unbeatable progress on the show, their performances this year haven’t been picked up by Indian fans. Here are our predictions as to why V. Unbeatable have lost fan support in India.

Do Indian fans of V. Unbeatable know about ‘AGT: The Champions’?
‘The Champions’ is a fairly new concept lasting just two years on air, in both the UK & US. Although huge fans of the show in America are keen to watch ‘AGT: The Champions’, it’s likely fans in India aren’t aware the sensational dance group are even featuring on the show. Even the dance group themselves admitted in an exclusive Talent Recap red carpet interview (below) that they weren’t aware the ‘Champions’ spin off even existed!
Netflix also no longer stream the show internationally, making it almost impossible to watch entire episodes from India.
It’s possible Indian fans aren’t over last year’s loss for V. Unbeatable on ‘AGT’
V. Unbeatable coming in fourth place was a shock to everyone and especially their fans in India. All throughout last year’s competition, V. Unbeatable were known as the ones to beat. For this reason, it’s very possible Indian fans have lost faith in the show, and not so much the dance group themselves.

There is still huge support for V. Unbeatable
‘The Champions’ is all about the super fans. Whilst we might think we have a role to play in the latest season of the show, voting isn’t open to the public. This might indeed play into V. Unbeatable’s favour with a smaller, hand selected group of individuals voting on behalf of America.
Performances of the dance group uploaded to YouTube are still reaching millions of people. And, although it’s no where near the viewing numbers of 2019, it’s fair to say the dance group are absolute frontrunners.
