After Years Of Silence, Kendall’s Fraternal Twin Brother, Kirby Jenner, Finally Speaks Out
GettyImages The Kardashian/Jenner clan is always expanding. But now, a new member of the family is making his small-screen debut. Kirby Jenner, Kendall’s fraternal twin brother just got his own show on Quibi, executive produced by sister Kendall and mother Kris.
Ok, so maybe he isn’t really a true member of the Jenner family. But, he has certainly made a name for himself all over social media with his parody Instagram account where he pretends to be a member of the famous family. He’s practically family at this point.
How Was Kirby Jenner Discovered By The Kardashian Family?
Kendall told E! News that she “discovered Kirby on Instagram like most people and he was amazing.” She mentioned how good he is at photoshopping photos and videos to make it look like he has actually hung out with her. People would send her his posts all the time and she thought he was hilarious. “We had to do something with him” she said as she referred to their new Quibi show collaboration. According to their website, Quibi is a “subscription-based streaming platform designed to deliver short-form scripted and unscripted content to your cell phone.”
The show is a combination of what he does on Instagram and taking it to another level with some cameos from famous faces. Kim, Khloe, Kendall, Kourtney and Kris are all slated to make appearances on the show. They will join actors Ray Romano, Ted Danson and Beverly D’Angelo as guest stars.
Kirby Has Made Several Red Carpet Appearances
Some of Kirby’s photo editing skills are actually pretty good. Here he is at the Met Gala with Kendall in his fanciest outfit. He called it a “swanky museum party.” We love his dedication.
He poses for a photoshoot in flared pants with his sister Kendall. Of course, he is not as tall as her so he had to stand on a box. He says “part of working in fashion is just rolling with the punches.”
And of course how could we forget this iconic family photo? The sisters hold onto Kirby in a photoshop job that is actually pretty amazing. The actual picture was taken at one of Kanye’s Yeezy shows where they dressed in neutral tones and jewels. Kirby is wearing his own iconic fur ensemble.
Kirby was even behind the scenes at one of Kendall’s runway shows and wore a matching outfit. The two wore similar red-feathered looks with braids in their hair. We have to say all of these pictures are hilarious and we genuinely want to know where Kirby learned his photoshop skills.
Kirby Spoke About Working With His “Mother” Kris Jenner
In an interview with CNN, Kirby said that he lives in Kris Jenner’s attic and he loves it. Obviously, he doesn’t actually live in her attic but it is all part of his hilarious character. He also commented on how Kris is as a mother. “It’s fantastic, she’s such a good mom. I feel really blessed to have someone like her in my life,” he said. “Not only is she mom … when it comes to reality television she’s one of the best executive producers in the world” he continued, “She executive produces my entire life.” He stayed in character throughout the entirety of the interview.
Kirby has also said in the past that “Kendall is the best twin that I could have ever asked for. I mean, I feel so lucky that of all the people that I could have shared a womb with that it was Kendall.” He genuinely deserves an award for actually acting like he is a part of this family. It’s all very convincing.
