That’s not the only thing that’s changed about her Instagram account. According to the Daily Mail, Jesy also unfollowed the band’s manager Samantha Cox. However, she and her group mates are still following her, and she hasn’t removed photos with the group.
There doesn’t seem to be any bad blood between Jesy and her group mates. Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards, and Leigh-Anne Pinnock shared a supportive message on the group’s Instagram, writing of Jesy, “We love her very much and agree that it is so important that she does what is right for her mental health and well-being.”
Why Did Jesy Leave Little Mix?
Although Jesy’s announcement saddened many fans, it wasn’t completely out of left field. Earlier in the year, she had been absent from appearances, including the finale of the band’s show Little Mix: The Search.

“Jesy is having extended time off from Little Mix for private medical reasons,” a spokesperson for the group explained in a statement. Just a few weeks later, Jesy made an official announcement about her departure from the group.
Although she said being in the band was “the most incredible time of my life,” she shared that it had recently “taken a toll on my mental health.” She added, “I find the constant pressure of being in a girl group and living up to expectations very hard.”
The three remaining members of the band shared that they plan to continue performing together, so Little Mix is not over.
