VIRAL 6-Year-Old Indian Girl’s Audition Will Melt Your Heart [VIDEO]
YouTube In 2016, a little girl named Ayat Shaikh charmed the coaches on The Voice India Kids, and her audition went viral. Ayat was just six years old when she tried out for the show.

Ayat Shaikh Auditions For ‘The Voice India Kids’
Ayat arrived to auditions wearing a frilly pink dress and a matching hair clip. Host Sugandha Mishra told her she looked like a princess before she stepped onto the stage for her blind audition.

The young singer showed off a sweet singing voice that clearly warmed the coaches’ hearts. Neeti Mohan and Shekhar Ravjiani hit their buttons to turn around. Shaan stayed facing the other way, even though he was clearly charmed by the performance.
As soon as Ayat finished the performance, Neeti approached the stage to say hello to her. She questioned if Ayat was real, pinching her arm to make sure. She pointed out that their dresses were matching. Shekhar, meanwhile, told Ayat, “I’m in love with you!”
Ayat’s Audition Video Goes Viral
When Ayat told the coaches she was six years old, Neeti commented that she was the youngest contestant they’d seen on the show. Although Shekhar tried to get her on his team, Ayat ended up choosing Neeti as her coach.

Ayat didn’t end up winning The Voice India Kids Season 1, but her audition was hugely popular online. It currently has over 165 million views on YouTube. She’s also gained a big following on her own channel.
Ayat’s YouTube channel, called Wonder Girl AYAT, has 189,000 subscribers. She’s posted videos in which she sings and even acts. Her latest videos were uploaded earlier this year, when she was 9 years old.
